Leeds Beckett University is expanding its computer science research and has recently appointed Grigoris Antoniou as Professor of AI. It has also entered a collaboration with South-West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to use digital technologies and AI to transform the Trust’s delivery of its adult ADHD and Autism services.
We invite you to apply for a 24-month fixed-term Research Officer position to support Professor Grigoris Antoniou in the delivery of this project. Duties could include, among others, the analysis of data, coding of front ends and writing scientific papers. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to other research activities around knowledge graphs, Large Language Models and machine learning.
The position requires knowledge and experience of AI technologies and some programming skills. You should have enthusiasm for the research area and a willingness to work in a research team.
You will join the School of the Built Environment, Engineering and Computing based at our Headingley Campus and contribute to the delivery of our research into AI.
